Welcome to bundl
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Bundl, including our website, page builder, public creator pages, analytics, audience tools, uploads, billing, and related services (together, the “Service”). “bundl”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.
By using the Service, creating an account, or publishing a page, you agree to these Terms. If you use bundl for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use bundl only with the permission and supervision required by local law.
- Provide accurate, current account and billing information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
We may require email verification or other reasonable checks before enabling publishing, billing, exports, or sensitive account actions.
Guest drafts and publishing
You may browse templates and build a draft before creating an account. Guest drafts are stored on the device and browser you use; they are not a backup service and may disappear if you clear browser data, switch devices, or use private browsing. Create an account when you want bundl to persist and publish your page.
Publishing makes the selected profile content available to anyone with its public URL, subject to any availability controls you set. Search engines, archives, and people who receive your link may retain copies after you edit or unpublish it.
Handles and public profiles
Handles are offered on a first-available basis. A handle must not impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, mislead visitors, contain unlawful material, or be acquired primarily for resale. We may rename, reclaim, or disable a handle when reasonably necessary to address abuse, infringement, inactivity, security, or a legal requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your public profile accurate and for clearly identifying sponsored, affiliate, commercial, or regulated content when the law requires it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the text, links, images, video, files, form copy, branding, and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use Your Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
You grant bundl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, transmit, and publicly display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for cached copies, legal retention, and material you separately permitted us to use.
Acceptable use
You must not use bundl to:
- break the law, facilitate fraud, or promote dangerous conduct;
- harass, exploit, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
- publish malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or harmful code;
- infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- collect personal data without a valid purpose, notice, and consent where required;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, scrape, or overload the Service or its security controls;
- generate artificial visits, clicks, or submissions; or
- resell or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
We may investigate reported content and remove or restrict anything that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or is unlawful.
Your visitors and form data
If you add an email signup or general form, you decide why the data is collected and how you use it. As between you and bundl, you are responsible for the relationship with your visitors, the wording of your notice and consent request, lawful marketing, responding to data rights, and honoring unsubscribe or deletion requests.
bundl provides tools to collect, organize, export, and delete that data on your instructions. Do not request sensitive data unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriately protected. You may not use forms to collect passwords, full payment-card details, government identity numbers, health data, or similarly high-risk information unless we expressly support that use in writing.
If you enable Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or X Pixel, you must own or be authorized to use the destination account, publish an accurate privacy policy, configure the provider lawfully, and avoid automatic or advanced matching and enhanced data postback features that collect page or visitor form data. You may use only the fixed events or base-pixel tracking Bundl supports and may not use these integrations for sensitive-data profiling or unlawful advertising.
Links, embeds, and third parties
bundl can display links, metadata, social icons, and embedded content from third-party services such as video, audio, social, storage, authentication, and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or endorse creator-linked destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or data practices.
You authorize bundl to retrieve public metadata needed to render a link or embed that you add. You must comply with the terms of the relevant third-party service.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
bundl offers Starter and Pro subscriptions. Each plan includes a 14-day trial for eligible new subscribers. Starter costs $3 monthly or $30 yearly, and Pro costs $10 monthly or $100 yearly, plus applicable taxes. The price and trial terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Subscriptions renew on the monthly or yearly interval selected at checkout until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method when the trial ends and at each renewal.
You can cancel before the next renewal through the available billing controls. Cancelling during a trial prevents the first subscription charge; later cancellation generally leaves access active through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at purchase. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension. We may change plans or pricing with reasonable advance notice when a change materially affects you.
Service changes and availability
We work to keep bundl available, but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or permanent feature set. We may improve, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or commercial reasons. Beta features may be incomplete and can change without notice.
Keep your own copies of important content and exports. We are not a long-term archive for your sole copy of any material.
bundl intellectual property
The Service, software, interface, templates, branding, and materials we provide—excluding Your Content—belong to bundl or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as part of the Service while you comply with these Terms.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. Feedback does not transfer ownership of Your Content.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using bundl at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Terms that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will survive.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, bundl is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bundl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid bundl in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.
Your responsibility to bundl
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify bundl against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your products or services, your handling of visitor data, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from bundl's own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Romania will hear disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a formal claim, please email support@bundl.link and allow 30 days for both sides to try to resolve the issue in good faith.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. If an update materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@bundl.link. For personal-data questions, read our Privacy Policy.
